Frey law firm provides comprehensive legal services for individuals, businesses, and public authorities. Our head office is located in the city centre of Katowice, Poland.

 

Our firm has been built on solid foundations of extensive knowledge, versatility, reliability, and commitment to the principles of professional ethics. We ensure that our approach is tailored to each individual case and that adequate tools are employed. We are also committed to developing a friendly and loyal relationship with our Clients.

 

Jarosław Frey, owner and legal counsel, graduated from the University of Silesia in 2000 with a Master’s Degree in Law. He completed his legal training at the Regional Chamber of Legal Counsels in Katowice. Jarosław Frey has gained professional experience working for large law firms that provide legal assistance to businesses located in Silesia and companies operating in Poland and abroad. Working for law firms (including Kubisa, Walos, Wolnik i Partnerzy Spółka Adwokatów i Radców Prawnych) has given Jarosław Frey extensive experience in providing legal services to individuals and public authorities. Jarosław Frey is fluent in English (Cambridge International Legal English Certificate), and also speaks Russian and French.

Jarosław Frey legal counsel, graduate of the University of Silesia (2000), trained at the Regional Chamber of Legal Counsels in Katowice. He has gained extensive professional experience working for large law firms that provide services to businesses, individuals, and public authorities. Since 2010, owner of a law firm providing high-quality legal services, including day-to-day legal support for businesses and legal assistance in specific matters for individuals.

Jarosław Frey specialises in providing legal services to businesses, commercial law, labour law, and civil law (including contract law, inheritance law, property law, and ownership), representing his Clients in proceedings before courts of law and administrative courts. Jarosław Frey is also responsible for providing assistance to foreign Clients. He is fluent in English (Cambridge International Legal English Certificate), and also speaks Russian and French.

 

Associates:

 

Marcin Dutkiewiczgeneral practice legal counsel, with particular focus on family law (divorce, child support, child care), consumer law, tourism law, and insurance matters.

 

Paulina Leszczyńska – in charge of the secretary’s office and contacts with regular Clients. She drafts pleadings, pre-trial pleadings, and pleadings in enforcement proceedings. She is responsible for our relations with English-speaking Clients. Student at the Faculty of Law of the University of Silesia (5th year).

 

Justyna Jabłeka – in charge of the timeliness of the work of the secretary’s office and contacts with courts and court enforcement officers. She drafts pleadings in small claims proceedings, pre-trial pleadings, and pleadings in enforcement proceedings. She is responsible for our relations with Russian-speaking clients. Student at the Faculty of Law of the University of Silesia (4th year). Graduate of the Faculty of Philology, University of Silesia, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Russian Studies.

 

Marcin Rams – trainee legal counsel (Regional Chamber of Legal Counsels in Katowice), specialises in civil and administrative law. Represents Clients in court proceedings, as well as provides assistance to foreign business Clients.

Prices

We provide services on a single engagement basis (e.g. provision of legal advice) and under legal services contracts. Our fees are always negotiated individually with each Client. Factors that affect the price include complexity of the case and workload on our lawyers. The following billing models are available:

  • Hourly rate
  • Fixed fee (per case, per month of legal assistance, etc.)
  • Fee + success fee
